Positive Family provides support services to families in Fremont, Montgomery, and Page counties as a proud affiliate of Healthy Families America (HFA). HFA is an evidence-based home visiting program that emphasizes the importance of early, nurturing relationships as the foundation for healthy child development.

A Certified Family Support Professional (CFSP) works with expecting parents and families with young children. A CFSP offers educational resources, conducting developmental screenings, providing emotional support, and advocating for their needs. These home visits continue until the child reaches five years of age.

Each visit typically includes time for families to discuss their feelings, challenges, successes, and concerns, fostering a supportive environment for growth and connection.
