Amber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has over 15 years of experience. She has worked with tweens, teens, and adults in residential treatment, short-term crisis programs, and on an outpatient basis. She has experience helping clients with trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and many other mental health concerns. Amber is an EMDRIA EMDR Certified Therapist, EMDR Sandtray Specialist and is also trained in other modalities including TF-CBT.

Amber lives in rural Clarinda with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, audiobooks, watching sporting events, and spending time with her two dogs, Sunni and Remy.
