Brandi has been a dedicated member of the Southwest Iowa Families team for over a year, serving as the agency’s Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, she plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Brandi’s responsibilities span a wide range, from answering phones and providing staff support to assisting clients, handling billing, and managing various behind-the-scenes tasks that ensure smooth agency operations.
Since joining the team, Brandi has actively pursued professional growth by attending specialized training in De-Escalation and Trauma, which enhance her ability to provide sensitive and effective support to both clients and colleagues. Her commitment to learning and continuous improvement makes her a valuable asset to Southwest Iowa Families.

Outside of Work:
Brandi lives outside of Clarinda with her boyfriend and their dogs. In her free time, she loves to bake, spend time outdoors, and spending time with her family.
