Shea has dedicated the majority of her life to living and working in Southwest Iowa. She serves as an Administrative Assistant while also fulfilling roles as the BHIS Coordinator and an Aftercare Advocate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. With several years of experience in the behavioral health and disability services field, Shea specializes in advocacy, individualized skill development, and care coordination. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring new recipes, and listening to music and podcasts.
